Tightest Spreads all Year Round

Forex is the shorthand for Foreign Exchange, at Sainmaco, one of the products which we offer for trading would be currency pairs, and traders would engage in retail trading of these currencies on our MT4 platform! CLICK HERE to download our MT4 platform and open a demo account with us right now!

Traders who choose to trade foreign exchange trading will engage in what we call retail trading. Retail Trading is a transaction-based form of trading where traders buy and sell currencies simultaneously. For example if clients think that the EUR is appreciating against the USD, the client may choose to open a LONG EUR/USD position.

This basically means that the client has chosen to simultaneously sell USDs and buy EUROs. The client will continue to hold the position and if the EURO does appreciate against the USD then the client may proceed to close the position. Upon closing the position, the opposite action is performed. The EUROS are sold and the corresponding amount of USDs are bought back; the increased or decreased amount of USDs which the trader receives back forms the profit or loss for this particular trade.

Precious Metals

Another investment instrument which Sainmaco offers on its platform is the group known as precious metals. This group consists of metals that are considered to be rare and have a soaring economic value. Investing into precious metals can be done either by buying the physical form of the product, an example here being gold bars, or purchasing futures contracts for these metals. The last way to go about investing in precious metals would be to buy the shares of companies who explicitly deal with mining or accumulation of this product. These companies either mine for the metals or accumulate them in other ways.

Precious metals can be traded in multiple classes and in different forms of securities. These classes include metal trading which is also known as spot trading, options, funds, exchange traded funds or futures. At Sainmaco, we offer to our clients the prospect of spot trading. This means that our clients can open a buying position (long position) on Gold or any other precious metals which we offer and engage in retail trading of these precious metals!

Commodities

A lot of the things that we use and consume in life belong to the category known as commodities, from the gas that we use to power our vehicles to the cotton we use for make-up, commodities are found all over the world and can be traded in the marketplace either via traditional retail trading which is also known as spot trading or traded through futures and options contracts.  Most individual traders only trade commodities through futures and less do traditional retail trading. The commonality between commodities and other investment instruments is the goal of buying low and selling high!

So what are some of the more traded commodities? More commonly traded commodities include cocoa, coffee, copper, crude oil or sometimes even live cattle! Commodities trading can be extremely complicated especially when many of the factors are non-economic in nature. For example a cocoa commodities trader would need to understand the pollination cycles of butterflies and bees and major companies which control the outflow of cocoa. Another example would be crude oil, traders of crude oil often have to grapple with issues such as global warming and the seriousness of it; as global warming gets increasingly serious, the need for alternative energy sources increases and this in turn affects the crude oil industry!

CFDs

CFDs is one of the more interesting trading instrument which is offered in Sainmaco. This trading instrument is not a financial instrument like currencies, commodities or precious metals. In other words, it is not a financial product. Rather, it is a way of trading and this way of trading offers many advantages which traditional retail trading would not allow. However first let us briefly understand how CFDs work. CFDs, also known as Contract for Difference is a trading instrument which allows the trader to realize his or her profits and losses as the underlying asset which he bought a CFD to moves up and down. These profits and losses are realized as the underlying asset moves relative to the taken position.

Precious metals can be traded in multiple classes and in different forms of securities.
